Free Cambridge Listening practice for C1 Advanced (CAE) and C2 Proficiency (CPE) trains rapid comprehension under exam pressure: gist, speaker attitude, detail, and matching across short extracts and longer monologues.

Choose the C1 Advanced hub for CAE-style Parts 1–4, or the C2 Proficiency hub for denser CPE extracts, interviews, and multi-task matching. Interactive audio includes answers and review so weak patterns become visible.

Pair listening with C1 Vocabulary or C2 Vocabulary so paraphrase-heavy distractors feel familiar on test day. Replay the same part after review instead of only collecting new tracks.

Training objectives

  • Speed: Answer from the first play more often; use a second play only for confirmation.
  • Attitude & detail: Capture speaker purpose, opinion, and precise facts without over-relying on isolated keywords.
  • Consistency: Retest the weakest part type until accuracy stops swinging between sessions.
