Learning onlinePart 6

"Learning online" is a Cambridge C2 Proficiency Reading Part 6 practice exam (Open Cloze). This paper rewards close reading, inference and awareness of text organisation. Work under timed conditions when possible — the combined Reading and Use of English paper allows 90 minutes across Parts 1–7. After completing the exercise, use review mode to understand why each answer is correct and note any vocabulary or discourse patterns you missed.

Last winter I decided to take an online course in digital photography. I chose it because I could study (27) home and watch each lesson when I had time. We had until Friday (28) complete a short task. Some students posted their photos much earlier (29) I did. We were encouraged to comment on each other's work, (30) helped the group feel less distant. I have (31) more confident with my camera since the course ended. I am now interested (32) taking a more advanced course next year. The change has become part of my normal routine, and I now notice the benefits more clearly than I did at the beginning. It has also encouraged me to plan ahead and make small practical improvements. The routine now feels normal, and I find it easier to plan each week.
